Returns & Replacements
If a DVD arrives defective, has playback problems or is the wrong title, we will arrange a replacement. Please contact Cinema Kung Fu within 10 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the email used for the order, the DVD title and a description of the problem.
For playback issues, include your player model if you have it. We usually reply within 24–72 hours.
Defective DVDs do not need to be returned.
Other returns
Other returns are not accepted. Our resolution for eligible DVD problems is a replacement.
Before you order
Our titles are made to order on DVD-R, use NTSC and are region-free. Your equipment must support DVD-R and NTSC playback. Check the individual edition’s audio, subtitles, runtime and picture notes before buying.
